What is the best way to become a shift-lead at starbucks?

you gotta work up to it. but i would be vocal about wanting to be any sort of leader to your boss or your currnet shift leader.

For awhile it took me year to talk to work ethics.
The manager it all depends on your work ethics.

The most important thing is to your stuff and talk to show initiative and desire definitely know your manager lol good luck.
